After his sterling performances supporting Bonobo on his Soundcrash show last year we were only too happy to invite Jono McCleery to play his first London headline show. His brand of folk with clear jazz, soul and electronica sensibilities drew him inexorably to Ninja Tune records, and further support slots with Gil Scott Heron, Fink, Little Dragon, Jose Gonzales, Jaime Woon, Portico Quartet to name but a few have seen Jono McCleery develop a strong fanbase in and around the UK. Tonight Jono will fill the air at The Queen of Hoxton’s intimate basement with the bittersweet  tones of a huge talent.
