Originally from Tokyo, but now re-located to the UK, Masaaki Yoshida aka Anchorsong, came personally recommended to us by a certain DJ Krush, and quickly became the Soundcrash live resident act of choice. It shouldn’t surprise you then that we received the news of his recent signing to Tru Thoughts with some trepidation and much heartfelt happiness for this truly wonderful musician.
Now surely on his way to the recognition his music – a form of live electronica using drum machines, keyboards, looping stations and on occasion a string section – fully deserves, it fills us with pride to present to you Anchorsong’s full live showat The Queen of Hoxton.
